How to register

Online registration is quick, simple and processed immediately. When you register online, you will receive confirmation of your registration and a tax invoice straight away via email.

If assistance is needed, or an alternate registration method required, please contact the conference secretariat, Expert Events by IFTA-Conference-Secretariat@ATAA.asn.au.

Registration categories

Early registration will apply to registrations processed and payments received by Monday, 29 August 2016.

Standard registration will apply to registrations processed and payments received between Tuesday, 30 August and Monday, 10 October 2016.

Late registration will apply to registrations processed and payments received after Monday, 10 October 2016.
Registrations received after Monday, 10 October are not guaranteed to receive the standard delegate materials.

Registration fees

Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of payment, not the date of registration.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST

Sydney Harbour Dinner Cruise

Join friends and colleagues for a 3 hour Sydney Harbour Charter cruise aboard the luxury catamaran, The Magistic Two, with 3 large outer decks and panoramic windows for uninterrupted harbour views. The evening includes a delicious buffet menu with a selection of seafood, hot dishes, salads and desserts and beverages including wine, beer and soft drinks.

Conference Grand Dinner

The Australian National Maritime Museum is located on the waterfront in Darling Harbour and the Terrace Room boasts spectacular views of Darling Harbour and the city skyline. Enjoy a three course meal, drinks and light entertainment with friends and colleagues.

Accommodation and travel expenses are in addition to the registration fee.

Payment methods – Conference Registration

All registration fees must be paid by the registration category due date and prior to attendance at the conference. Payment can be made by:

Credit card: Register online for the conference and social events, and choose the credit card payment option (Visa or MasterCard only). Payment will be processed immediately and will appear as Expert Events on your statement.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): This is the preferred method of payment.

Register online, and choose the EFT payment option.

Accommodation booking and payment guarantee

Accommodation providers have varying deposit and guarantee requirements (see the conditions attached to each hotel). A wider range of credit cards are available for accommodation payment (including Diners and American Express). After the booking is established your credit card guarantee or deposit will be managed by the accommodation provider.

Changes to your registration

If you need to make changes to your registration, please send them by email to the Conference Secretariat, Expert Events at IFTA-Conference-Secretariat@ATAA.asn.au.

Cancellations and refund policy

Cancellations must be advised by email to the Conference Secretariat. Registration cancellations received by Monday, 19 September 2016 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of AUD 105. Refunds for cancellations received after Monday, 19 September 2016 will be at the discretion of the conference committee. Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference. Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the event provided the Conference Secretariat is advised in writing before the conference start date.
